Two seemingly identical poultry farms are across the street from each other. . . you might think they would use the same amount of energy but our research shows that energy use can vary significantly among poultry growers with the same layout and production level.
We collaborated with NYSERDA to determine the types of energy efficiency measures regularly found on New York farms, as well as underutilized technologies worthy of further research. Using a combination of programmatic data and our FEAT dataset, we developed a market potential study to help direct future investments.
